Buy now & saveI haven't been able to import Chase banking transactions since December for one of my clients. The original error was fixed with case number 15132677765, but now I get error code OL-222 and Intuit technical support is stating that this is on the bank side and not QuickBooks. I called the bank and they are telling me that they no longer support QuickBooks and therefore can't do anything to help. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Welcome to the Community, GRJoyner. Error code OL-222 typically occurs when QuickBooks is unable to read a file that is being imported, usually due to file format issues or corrupted data files.
However, as it has been identified by our support team that the problem lies with your bank, and your bank institution have confirmed discontinuing support for QuickBooks, I recommend re-downloading your file and attempting the import once more.
If the issue persists, let's perform some troubleshooting steps and fix your web connection import errors. Before proceeding, ensure to have a backup of your company file. I'm here to guide you throughout the process.
Let's start by downloading the web connect file. Here's how:
If the error re-occurs during the import, please check any notifications from your bank, as there may be updates, changes, or verifications needed with your account.
For detailed guidance on fixing web connect import errors, please see the article: Fix Web Connect import errors and follow the remaining steps provided here.
