Thanks for reaching out to us in the Community, @jdavis1. I’m here to help you get your Amegy bank account working with QuickBooks Online.
I recognize the importance and urgency of getting this bank connectivity issue resolved. I also understand the convenience of associating your bank account with QBO to ensure your transactions are imported on time.
I'd like to inform you that we have an open investigation about this matter. Rest assured that our engineering team is already working to figure out a solution.
As much as I’d like to assist you further, I can’t do so because the Community is a public forum. Considering that your concern might require an exchange of account information, I suggest you contact our support team. This way, you'll be added as one of the affected users.
They also have the tools available to investigate what's causing this behavior. Don’t worry, you’ll receive a notification once the fix is available. Just make sure to check our support hours so you can contact us at a time convenient to you.
Here’s how:
While we don't have a definite time as to when the resolution will come out, you’ll want to consider manually uploading your transactions into QuickBooks Online. Please take note that you have to use the format CSV files in Excel to get them into the program.
Once done, you can open this link to categorize and match your downloaded transactions. After that, you can then reconcile your account.
You can count on me if you have more questions about banking connectivity or any other banking concerns. Just add a reply in the comment section so I can assist you right away.
Another option, utilize MT Online for the time being as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
