Hello there, carol20. We'll guide you on how you can correct your reconciliation date to ensure you have accurate financial data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can still edit your statement ending date if you haven't completed the reconciliation. You can do this through the Edit info button on the Reconciliation page. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.

However, if you've already finished the process, you can directly undo a bank reconciliation with the help of your accountant (using their QuickBooks Online Accountant account). If you don't have any, we'll have to manually unreconcile each transaction. Here's how:
- Go to Settings ⚙, then Chart of accounts.
- Find the account that has the reconciled transaction. Then select View register.
- Find the transaction. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R” in the checkmark ✔ column.
- Select the transaction to expand the view.
- In the checkmark ✔ column, select the box with the “R” until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
- Select Save.
- Close the account register.
