I connected my Wells Fargo account to my QBO today, but QBO shows the bank account balance as zero (which is not accurate). Have tried updating it and disconnecting/reconnecting. No luck. Customer service chat rep was not able to help me in the time I had. Any ideas?

The information that will reflect in QuickBooks is dependent on your financial institution. If the balance is inaccurate on your bank's website, I recommend contacting their customer support team.
They will be the ones who can update the details on your behalf. Once done, you can run the manual update to refresh the connection with QuickBooks and reflect the changes.
Here's how:
If the balance is accurate from the bank's website but not in QBO, I suggest contacting the QuickBooks Support Team again. This way, they'll be able to investigate why the figures don't match.

Thank you for your reply. I spent all yesterday trying to get the correct balance to show up in QBO and it wouldn't work, but this morning it appeared when I updated again. I think perhaps the issue was that it was a new bank account, not sure. Either way, it looks like it's working now, so I'll hope for the best. :) Thanks again
