Connecting my credit card to download transactions, I initially selected only one month. Why can't I get the remainder of the months in 2025 to download?

I've disconnected the CC and reconnected several times and selected 2025 transactions to download but only "grabs" the single month. Any way to resolve this?

Thank you for taking the time to perform additional troubleshooting steps, John.

When you connect your bank or credit card to QuickBooks Solopreneur, how far back you can access past transactions depends on your financial institution. Some banks restrict downloads to transactions after the connection date, while others allow access to 30-90 days or up to one year of history.

In this case, you can manually upload the remaining transactions. Start by downloading your credit card transactions in a format supported by QuickBooks, such as CSV or QBO files. Afterward, upload the file to your QBO account using the steps below:

  1. Go to the Bank Transactions page and click on the New transaction dropdown.
  2. Choose Upload bank statement.
  3. Select a bank account and upload your credit card file.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Review your file settings and click Continue.
  6. Select the transactions you want to import and hit Continue.

  7. Finally, choose Yes then Got it.
