You'll have to manually add the duplicate trip and enter the dates from there. QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) will help you keep track of your business or even personal trips. Let me guide you how:
- Go to Miles on the left side menu.
- Tick the Add trip button.
- Enter the distance in the Add miles field.
- Enter the Date.
- Tap the Pencil icon to edit the start and end addresses.
- Add a Trip purpose note.
- Press Save.

QuickBooks also makes it possible to have detailed info on your business and personal trips for a specific period. To get started, simply go to the Reports menu and look for Mileage log then, select the View button.
