I've got you covered, @suite805-yahoo-c. I'm here to make sure you'll be able to delete the multiple transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) seamlessly.
To start, let's first exclude the multiple transactions to move them to the Excluded tab. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
- Click the Banking section, then choose the Bank account in question.
- Click the For review tab, and select all the multiple transactions.
- Select the Exclude button.
Now that the transactions are moved to the Excluded tab, we can now delete them.
- From the Banking or Transactions menu.
- Select the Excluded tab, and mark all the transactions.
- Then, click Delete.
However, if you didn't import your transactions through the banking page, can you please provide us with some screenshots of the page where you're seeing the multiple transactions? Any additional information can help us narrow things down.
If you're good with your transactions, you can now proceed to reconcile an account in QBO. If everything matches, you know your accounts are balanced and accurate. We recommend reconciling your checking, savings, and credit card accounts every month.
Please let me know if you need additional assistance with your bank transactions in QBO. I'll be glad to help you further. Have a great day!
