Welcome to the Community space, kffranco. Let me share some information about previous bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When you connect your bank account to QuickBooks, the system automatically downloads transactions from the last 90 days. If you need to import transactions older than 90 days, you'll have to manually upload them to QBO.
To proceed, let's download the previous transactions from your bank's website, and save the file from your bank to your computer. Here's how:
Let's ensure the file we create is in the supported format or file type. Once done, let's now upload them to QBO:
