I got you covered, @npascucci-founda. I’m here to ensure that you can locate those deleted transactions in QuickBooks Online.
It only takes a few easy steps to view those deleted Journal Entries through an Audit Log and modify the date according to your needs. I’ll be happy to show you how:
- From the Settings, select Audit Log.
- Click Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events to narrow down the results.
- Then, select Apply.
Once done, you’ll now be able to keep track of your transactions in the audit log and might as well see who made changes to your books.
