I have a Chase CC w/ 5 users, when I download, QB pulls transactions in on the main CC. Only way to download the other 4 cards is to create 4 accounts, 5 accounts, 1 CC?

I need all the sub-users to have their transaction downloaded into the one Chase account as it is not possible to reconcile 5 accounts when I only get one statement from Chase with all the transactions on it.

I'll be happy to share some steps on creating sub-accounts, Steve.

Before we proceed, please note that we can only create up to five subaccounts under one parent account. We can connect your credit card to your bank and add the four users as sub-accounts. In this way, others will automatically download into one. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of Accountsp2.png
  2. Select New and enter an Account name.
  3. Choose an Account Type and Detail type from the dropdowns.
  4. Check the box for Make this a sub-account, then select the Parent account under which it should be. (If you choose a Bank, Assets, Credit card, Liabilities, or Equity account, enter Opening Balance, and fill out the starting date in the As of field.)
  5. Hit Save
