I'm missing transactions for a connected bank account from May 2024 to present. Import says the transactions are already there. My other bank account isn't affected.

Other than manually entering the transactions how do I resolve this?

I can provide additional help with missing transactions for a connected bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), kimdorri.

Before anything else, may I ask what is your financial institution? Any additional info would be greatly appreciated, as it will assist us in determining if there are ongoing investigations or server issues between QuickBooks and your bank that might be affecting missing transactions.

Meanwhile, let's manually refresh your bank feeds to update any transactions added and check if this is just a minor issue with the connection:

  1. Sign in to your QBSE account.
  2. Go to the Settings icon on the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select Manage Accounts.

  4. Click on the Refresh All button.

On the other hand, let's also check if the bank account and date range are correct to avoid any missing transactions:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab.
  2. Select the correct bank account in the Account dropdown.

  3. Adjust the date range in the Date section if necessary.

  4. Locate the imported bank transactions.

Moreover, you can proceed with the next step by organizing bank transactions to their correct category and tags by checking out this reference: Categorize transactions in QBSE.

I've got your back for further questions about dealing with missing transactions or any bank-related queries in QuickBooks. Have a good one.

Thank you for the suggestions. I will try the refresh option. I had previously double checked the date range so I know that wasn't the issue. Yes, I did have a problem connecting to my account a couple of months ago. I thought that was resolved. I'll double check that step as well. I'll let you know how it goes. Thank you for the help.
