Thanks for trusting QuickBooks Online (QBO) as your financial accounting software, Dudley. It's sad to see you go, but I'm here to ensure all your transactions will get exported so you can save and import them anytime.

With QuickBooks Online (QBO), the program provides an easier way of moving data and entries so you can download them seamlessly. When using Export Data feature in QBO, you can export reports, lists, and other non-posting transactions and attachments from your account. Let's make sure to filter the date period to include year-to-date transactions.

Here's how to download your data:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon from the toolbar.
  2. Under Tools, select Export Data.

3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.

4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs.

5. Select Export to Excel.

Please know that when exporting non-posting transactions and attachments, you'll need to download them separately since they're not included in the lists. You may visit this article for more detailed information and instructions: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Also, when exporting other reports, you can customize them to ensure transaction details are accurate and specific.

Moreover, I've added these references that will guide you when you'll need to import these data to the online and desktop versions:

We'll always be here if you need further assistance exporting your data from QBO. Feel free to add a reply in the comments below. Keep safe and have a good one!
