You may have 2 options:

1. Use the deleter tool and adjust your beginning balance with the Journal Entry. You can run a trial balance report as a reference first.

2. Convert your data to QB Desktop for archive. Run the Condense Data utility to remove unused data on QB Desktop. Then convert the condensed company file to a new QBO account.

Welcome to the Community, veer. I'm happy to help you delete your previous year's transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start, we have the option to delete your Sales transactions by batch by customizing the transaction period. To do so, we can follow the steps below:

  1. On the Sales tab, select All sales.
  2. Fill in the accurate transaction period on the field, then tick the Date ▼.
  3. By ticking the Date ▼, this selects all your Sales transactions. After that, you'll then have the option to click the Batch action ▼.
  4. On Batch action ▼, choose Delete. Then, confirm that you want to delete the transactions by clicking Delete.

I've provided a screenshot as your visual reference:

Meanwhile, we can customize the transaction date on your Expense transactions and then delete them manually.

Here's how:

  1. On the Expense tab, choose Expense.
  2. Click the Filter icon, then customize the transaction period by selecting the Custom under the Date, and fill in the transaction period accordingly. Then, hit Apply.
  3. Manually delete the transactions by clicking the dropdown arrow ▼ beside the View/Edit, then select Delete.
  4. After that, confirm that you want to delete the transaction by choosing Delete.

Refer to the screenshot I've provided below for better visualization:

This way, you can remove your data from the previous year and keep the 2024 transactions.
