Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same problem persists, you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

I'm here to ensure you're able to get all your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @beyou-strivecoun. This way, you can keep your account updated and manage your transactions accordingly.

It's important to catch these issues early on to ensure the accuracy of your financial records.

Before we continue, could you please let me know which bank you're currently using? This will allow us to check if there are any ongoing issues with your financial institution.

Your bank is either performing system maintenance, or there are notifications on their website that need your attention. That's why you only get some and not all of your bank transactions in QBO.

When your financial institution performs system maintenance, you can manually update your account. This refreshes the connection between your bank and the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then click the Bank Transactions menu.
  2. Select the blue tile for your credit card account.
  3. Click the Update button.
  4. (Optional) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first three steps.

Then, you'll need to log in to your bank's website to check your account page for any messages or alerts that require attention. If you make changes on the website, such as login credentials or account information, you'll need to update QuickBooks as well. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the tile for the bank account. Then select the Edit ✎ icon.
  3. Select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Update your info as needed.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first four steps.

For more information about the process, refer to this article: What to do if bank transactions won’t download.

Once downloaded, you can review and match the transactions to the existing entries in QuickBooks to keep your account updated. For a step-by-step guide, refer to this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online

Additionally, I recommend reconciling your bank account every month to monitor your income and expenses and detect errors. For more information, refer to this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other banking concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO, feel free to drop a comment below, and I'll be happy to assist. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @beyou-strivecoun.
