Congratulations on your new work, courtney. It's good to have you visiting the QuickBooks Community Space. Let's explore ways to ensure you can permanently remove your previously uploaded transactions from the disconnected bank account.
We have a few options available to us to delete the bank transaction uploaded previously.
First, manually upload another bank transaction using a CSV file format to allow the disconnected account to appear on the bank feeds. Then, you can go to the Categorized tab and Undo the entire transaction. It'll now appear on the For review tab, and from there, you can Exclude the following data and Delete them afterward.
The second alternative is you'll need to go to the Bank Register and manually delete it from there. I can guide you on how:
- Go to Chart of accounts and search for the disconnected bank.
- Click the transactions and hit View register.
- Select the transaction and click the Delete button.
- Repeat the same process for the other ones.
The third option is to use a third-party application or a deleter tool. You can explore the QuickBooks App Store or look for one on the Apps menu.
I'm still all ears if you have additional questions about organizing your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), courtney. Please feel free to comment below if you have any specific inquiries, and I'll do my best to provide helpful guidance. I'm here to support you in ensuring your data processes are configured accurately and efficiently within the QBO.
