Missing 2 months of data for 2023, how do I get ?

I’m missing November December data transfer from 2023 that I need for taxes. Any suggestions on how to retrieve it? I already tried sinking up with the bank again twice, yet it doesn’t show up.

Please create CSV files of bank statements for November and December. And upload them manually into Quickbooks online using the upload from files feature.

I'm happy to help you retrieve your missing bank transactions, Acugroup.

When connecting your bank, QBSE will only retrieve three months' worth of your past transactions. For a workaround, we can download a CSV file from your bank website and manually import it for your taxes. You can follow these steps to import:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Import Data, and choose Bank Datap2.png
  3. Click Import, and then Select or Drop files.
  4. Hit Continue, and follow the onscreen instructions.
