My account not showing updated transactions how do I get back to recent transactions ?

I understand how difficult it is when you can't see your latest transactions, dwighth972-gmail. I'd be delighted to help you out.

 

There are possible reasons why QuickBooks Self-Employed isn't updating your bank account, and I've listed them below:

 

  • The bank is performing system maintenance. 
  • There are notifications from their website that need your attention. 

 

To get your recent transactions, I'd suggest refreshing the bank connection in your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. I'll guide you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Bank accounts under Transactions

  3. Click Refresh all

If it doesn't work, the problem may be on the bank's end. I'd recommend signing in to their website to check if there are alerts that need your attention.

 

Aside from refreshing the connection, you can also manually upload your bank data to the program.
