Join nowI'm trying to setup an account and my screen is stuck on the billing info tab. I entered all my info but there was an error in the billing address. I have tried to fix this error, but the screen will not stop spinning (as in refresh mode). I have tried logging in from 2 different devices and I'm getting the same results. How can I fix this so I can enter my billing address?

This time, you'll want to try some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this. Begin by accessing your account using a private browser or incognito. This helps determine if it's the browser that's causing the issue.
Next, setting up your billing information again. Here's how:
When you're done, select Save. When you're able to do so, you'll want to go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Close any instances of your browser to complete the process.
