Several factors can impact your data, making it unavailable in QuickBooks, Fleah. I can lay them out for you and ensure you can handle this situation.
Did you connect your bank account to the Bank transactions page? If so, kindly click the Update icon on your bank account. It refreshes the system and downloads your newest transactions.
After that, double-check the For review tab on your Banking page and see if the missing transactions are visible in the system. If the issue persists, please review the following tabs on the Banking page:
On the other hand, if you're looking for older data, please review your account register from the Chart of accounts page.
If the transaction is still nowhere to be found after following the steps above, you can manually enter them into QuickBooks. All you have to do is log in to your bank website and download a CSV copy of your data. After that, upload the file into the program. Enter it in QuickBooks like you normally would for that type of transaction.
If banking, then either as a check or a deposit. If a credit card, then probably as a credit card charge transaction.
