QuickBooks Team supports all types of QuickBooks Online (QBO) products. However, our designated QBO customer supports uses a specific set of tools that could check your account in secure environments. They are the ones who can verify if there are any ongoing issues with your bank.
Although, I can provide you some basic troubleshooting steps so we download your latest banking transactions.
Let's start by performing a manual update on your account. This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions. Here's how:
If downloads seem slow or stuck, the problem may be on the bank’s end. Sign in to your bank’s website to check. Simply follow step number 2 in this article for further guidance: What to do if you can't download transactions in QBO.
If the issue persists, reach to our customer support so they can perform a further investigation on why you're unable to download your banking transactions.
In the meantime, you can manually import them into QuickBooks Online. Once your transactions are in, it's time to match and categorize them. The transactions go into your accounts after you review them.
