Thanks for reaching out to us, @Ann1222.
Let's try creating a dummy company file first and connect your bank from there. This helps us identify if being unable to reactivate your bank is caused by company, software or data integrity issue.
- Go to File at the top menu bar and then hit New Company.
- Click Express Start.
- Enter your company information.
- Click Create Company.
If you're able to connect you bank in that company file, let's go back to the original one and deactivate and reactivate your online banking.
Steps on how to disable the bank feeds:
- Go to Lists at the top menu bar and select Chart of Accounts.
- Right-click Bank Account. and hit Edit Account.
- On the Bank Feed Settings tab, click Deactivate All Online Services.
- Click Save and Close.
Next, reactivate your account to refresh the connection from your Financial Institution to QuickBooks.
- Go to Lists at the top menu bar and select Chart of Accounts.
- Right-click the Bank Account and choose Edit Account.
- Go to the Bank Feed Settings tab.
- Follow the wizard in activating Bank Feeds.
