I'm here to help manage your receipts in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
You'll want to make sure you upload the receipt to your desktop software. This way, the receipt will show under the Receipt management window. Here's how:
- Go to the Vendors menu, then select Receipt Management.
- Click the + icon at the bottom left corner of the window.
- Select Upload Receipts Scan. You also have the option to select iPhone, Take Photo, or Scan Documents.
