You can pull up a discrepancy report showing the changes made into the account and transactions already reconciled. Let's work together and get your reconciliation sorted out.
If you're starting to reconcile your bank account for the year 2021 and there is an open session, the We can help you fix it hyperlink will determine the steps you need to take before proceeding to your reconciliation.
If not, follow the steps outlined below and manually pull up your reconciliation discrepancy or account history report:
- Go to Accounting.
- Select Reconcile.
- Click History by account.
- Under Account, select the bank account in question.
- Choose 2021 to view your report.
