And there is no way to unreconcile 2024 outside of doing each transaction individually correct? Or is it possible to un-reconcile multiple transactions at 1 time?
You're right @skell01. You can only un-reconcile one transaction at a time in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by selecting the box with "R" until it shows blank.
For multiple transactions, I suggest reaching out to your accountant who has the QuickBooks Online accountant version to undo multiple transactions at 1 time. Below, you will find the steps to undo multiple transactions using the QuickBooks Online Accountant version:
1. Start by heading over to the Accounting menu.
2. Click on the Reconcile tab to get started.
3. Choose History by account to see past entries.
4. From the dropdowns, pick the account and the date range you want to focus on.
5. Look through the list and find the reconciliation you're working on.
6. Click on View Report to open up the Reconciliation Report.
7. Take a moment to go over any discrepancies and discuss any changes your client might want.
8. When you feel good to go, hit the dropdown in the Action column, and then choose Undo.
