Reconnect code 4000

I'll help you get this error fixed, @systemsunlimited.

This error is usually resolved within 24 hours. In the meantime, you can manually update the connection.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
2. Select the profile ⚙ icon and then Bank accounts.
3. Select Refresh all.

If you still see an error, wait for 2 to 3 hours and try again.

If the issue persists, you can check the bank's website to make sure everything is also working on their end. This way, you can sign in from there and check for any messages, notifications, or alerts.

Additionally, you can reach out to our support team if the hurdle continues. They have tools to pull up your account and investigate it further.

I have check with my bank they say everything is fine on their side and I've tried to reconnect several times including all of the above  this is the first time I've 

Every had a issue with the Self employed app since I started using it and iv tried every trick I know and I still get the 4000 code  I've had this phone Samsung  for over a year no problems and previous ones android system current so any help at this point would be appreciated
