I am having trouble getting accurate results when I search for transactions (using either the funnel icon in Bank Register or the magnifying glass in the top menu). For example, sometimes I want to search for all transactions for a certain Class, however it does not return lines that are part of a spit transaction. Or, I search for a vendor or company name (such as Blue Shield), and it returns nothing, though I know there are many transactions for them, and I can find them in the Vendor profile or by scrolling.
- What is the best way to search in QBO?
