Should i remove a bank account that stopped syncing for almost 2 weeks and add it again as a new?

Hi, @andrea-photobydr!

I'm here to assist you in addressing this challenge effectively.

In QuickBooks, it is not recommended to disconnect your bank account because it needs troubleshooting. However, I can guide you on how to achieve your goal.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Sign in a Bank.
  2. Go to Banking
  3. Click the pencil icon beside the Bank of Intuit icon.
  4. Choose Edit sign-in info.

If the issue persists, continue doing it in private browsers. Here are some shortcut keys to route you in private browsers:

  •  Windows, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Linux = Ctrl + Shift + n
  •  Mac =  Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

In addition, you can Manually Upload Your Transactions

I am not sure if my answer relates to your question, but I had some bank account update issues that I couldn't solve until I deleted them and added them again. In other words, just updating the password and other information was not enough, I had to delete the accounts first. Let me know if this helps.
