We use chase bank and have one main credit card along with 2 employee cards synched. Previously, it would not link the transactions from the employee cards if we only had the "parent" card linked - it was only showing the parent card's transactions. But now, we have all 3 cards linked and the parent card is showing duplicate transactions from the employee card accounts.
I'm at your service to help with the duplicate transactions, @salonlegato.
To make organizing your books and reconciling your accounts easier, you can exclude duplicate transactions from appearing in account registers or financial reports. Here's how:
The excluded transactions will move to the Excluded tab. This will ensure that they're not added to QuickBooks or downloaded again. In case you accidentally exclude the wrong transaction, you can go to the Excluded tab, choose the checkbox for the transaction, and select Undo. The transaction returns to the For Review tab so you can take further action.
To prevent this event from recurring, you can refer to this article on setting up a bank or credit card account with multiple subaccounts: About bank or credit card subaccount setup. Moreover, you can use bank rules to automatically categorize transactions from your bank. For more details, you can explore this article: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

My client has the same problem.
Excluding transactions will not happen if there are auto rules/auto accept in place. The duplicated transaction will hit the ledger immediately. I just had 15-months' worth of transactions getting dumped into my client's ledgers. Bank/Credit card, everything! QB support advise us to delete each transaction one by one.
