I'll go over some troubleshooting procedures to help you resolve the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) can't tag deposit issue.
When attempting to tag the deposit transaction in your QBSE, did you receive any errors? If so, could you please describe the error in detail? By doing so, I can examine the problem in more detail and offer a precise solution to help fix the issue.

Feel free to read through the articles below to on how to add transactions manually and learn more about Schedule C in QBSE:
You're always welcome to reply to this thread if you have a follow-up question or other QuickBooks concerns. I'll never get tired of helping you. Keep safe.
