I understand the challenges with bank feeds not updating in QuickBooks Desktop.
I recommend performing a manual update if your account is linked to QuickBooks Desktop by clicking the Refresh button on the Banking page. It updates the links between QuickBooks and the bank.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- Select Bank Feeds.
- Click the Bank Feeds Center.
- Choose your account and click the Refresh icon a couple of times.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting your bank to see if there are any unresolved difficulties on their end. Consequently, it can be the cause of transactions not updating in QuickBooks.
Meanwhile, you can download and import your bank transactions to QuickBooks Desktop to add all the transactions to your account.
Once done, you can categorize and reconcile your accounts.
