The new AI Banking and CSV uploads

Hi! I opted for the new AI Banking, but now when I upload my CSV files, it puts my debits in the credits column. And it won't let me change it. Any idea on how to fix this short of manually entering each transaction individually? Please note, I am not new to CSV uploads. Yes, I am doing them the way I've always done them and have had no problems ... until now. Thank you!

Good job! klcraft. I'm glad you've figured it out.

Currently, there is no option to delete a post. Instead, you can edit your entire post by clicking the three-dot icon and selecting "Edit Message."

For your additional information, the new AI Banking spreadsheet import feature is currently in beta and available for selected customers. Its purpose is to streamline the onboarding process for newcomers and those unfamiliar with financial management services like QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Though AI Banking has a new interface, the import process will remain the same and you can also switch back to the old banking page under the Feedback button.

If you need steps for manual importing, please refer to this article: Manually upload transactions.

I'll add this article if you'd like to use bank rules to automatically categorize transactions from your bank: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions.

I figured it out. I would have edited the original post, but it won't let me. And I don't like that it won't allow me to delete my own post. Oh, well. Thanks!
