If you've already tried refreshing your page or clear your browser's history, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use additional tools to review the back end of your account to see why this is happening or if they see an error on their end. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and select to Get a callback.
It's that easy!
