Transfers from my business checking to my business savings account are not showing up in the Banking section, so my balances are off?

Let's locate those missing transactions, @Odin Star Industries

The first time you connect your bank, we’ll get the latest 90 days’ worth of transactions. If those transactions are new ones, you can add them either of the following:

  • Downloading those missing transactions manually.
  • Checking the Banking menu under the For Review tab.
  • Reviewing your accounts by going to your Register.
  • Checking your uncategorized accounts by running a report.

For thorough instructions, see this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions.

I’m always here if you need further help with your bank transactions. Have a wonderful day!

Instead of giving me a repeat of the FAQ, maybe own up to the fact that QBO is having serious issues importing info from Bank of America. My business is literally paralyzed while I'm losing time and money trying to figure out why your service doesn't work. I was on with tech support for over 6 hours today and no one could tell me anything. It's a new account, it's Bank of America--it is the simplest set up possible and it still fails to perform one of its two primary functions.
