Instead of giving me a repeat of the FAQ, maybe own up to the fact that QBO is having serious issues importing info from Bank of America. My business is literally paralyzed while I'm losing time and money trying to figure out why your service doesn't work. I was on with tech support for over 6 hours today and no one could tell me anything. It's a new account, it's Bank of America--it is the simplest set up possible and it still fails to perform one of its two primary functions.
