Unable to import CC trans into QB -CC # changed. What is the easiest fix? make the g/L acctt inactive or start new G/L acct and then merge?

To help you import the transactions, you'll need to update your Credit Card information. To do so, you can disconnect your account and reconnect it with the updated info. 

Once done, import your credit card transactions again. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu, click Bank Feeds.
2. Select Import Web Connect Files.
3. Choose the QBO file you saved, then select Open.
4. Click your credit card account.
5. Select Continue and then OK.
