I'm glad to help you correct the category of your mortgage and credit card payments.

If these transactions are for online banking and they are still under the For Review tab, please follow the steps below:

1. Select Banking on the left pane.
2. Under the For Review tab, click the transaction.
3. Select Add or Find Match.

The screenshot below shows these steps as well.

This is also happening to me, however it is he credit card payment and the offsetting amount in the checking account.  What do i reclassify these to?

You can go to the Expenses menu and reclassify the transactions from there, SHLevy.

While we can't recommend which categories to use, I would suggest consulting an accountant. This is to make sure that the transactions are reclassified correctly. 

Then, follow these steps to change categories:

1. Go to the Expenses menu and select Expenses.
2. Click the drop-down list for Filter and select the type of transaction, then click Apply.
3. Look for the credit card payments, then go to the Category column.
4. Click the drop down list and change the category accordingly. 

For transactions that have Split under Category, click the View/Edit link to change their categories.

I am having the same issue!  I have 2 credit card payments that transferred from my credit card into Quickbooks online as "Uncategorized Assets", they should be categorized as "Accounts Payable".  Prior to Novermber 2018, these transactions were transferring correctly into my "Balance Sheet". Does anyone know how to correct this issue?
