We're already aware of this issue in QBO, accounts.iff.
Some users have shared a workaround that has worked for them. You can give it a try to see if it'll let you export the data to Excel.
Here's how:
- Open the report you want to export.
- Click the Save Customization button in the upper right-hand corner, and then click Save.
- Click Reports again on the left navigation bar.
- Select Custom Reports.
- Find the report you saved, and then click the drop-down arrow below the Action column.
- Select Export As Excel.
If you get the same result, I'd recommend giving us a call so we can add you to the list of affected users. When a solution is available, we'll send you an email notification.
