Hello,
Thank you for your response, however that is not the problem that I am having. I can connect to my bank and select the accounts i want just fine. It's QuickBooks that doesn't show them afterwards.
1. I can connect to Chase Bank, no problem.
2. I can select the accounts that I want to use from Chase Bank, no problem.
3. But, when it comes back to Quick Books, and shows me a list of accounts to select and use, it only shows one of my accounts, not the 2 that I have selected with Chase.
How do I fix this?
Thank You

Why is no one actually reading what I am saying? Chase is NOT missing from the connection window. I can connect and login to my Chase account fine. That is not my my problem. Please read what I am saying. The problem comes when AFTER connection to chase and choosing my accounts, it goes back to QuickBooks, and shows a list of the accounts I have selected and asks me to choose which ones to use. One of my accounts in missing from the list there. I can connect to Chase and see my accounts there just fine. But after the system comes back to QuickBook, one account is not in the list anymore. Please address this, and not Chase connection.
