Good morning, @jnaimopizza.

I hope your weekend was well. I'd be glad to assist you with saving previous transactions.

This seems like an issue with the QB Self-Employed app that you're using. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to get you back to business.

First, let's go ahead and refresh the QB Self-Employed app data. If you're using iOS here's how:

  1. Select the Settings application on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the General option.
  3. Choose Background App Refresh.
  4. Locate the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  5. Switch the Green button off and back on to refresh the app.

Here is also the steps to refresh your app data if you're using an Android:

  1. Open the Settings of your Android phone.
  2. Select the Storage heading to open the Settings page.
  3. Tap Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps.
  4. Find the QB Self-Employed app and choose its listing.
  5. Click on the Clear Cache button.

Once you've went through the steps above, go back and save those previous transactions and if they're still not saving the correct way, I'd recommend signing in through a web browser and try saving them there as well.

If you're able to save those transactions through a browser, I'd also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application on your phone.

Let me know if the information provided does the trick. I'm always a few clicks away if you have any more questions or concerns. Have a safe and productive rest of your week!
