When I import data into QB Online from our Chase Business account all the transaction data, since around May 26, 2023, is encrypted. Has there been a change to QB?

I understand the inconvenience caused by the Chase Bank transaction issue impacting your business transactions, LauraJ123.

The issue you're experiencing is not a bug specific to Intuit or Chase. Kindly note that Chase Bank's new enhanced security measures determine the method through which they send us transaction details. As a result, we have no control over these changes or the data being transmitted.

You might want to reach out to your bank and suggest improving the security of data transmission to QuickBooks so that your bank details are not encrypted. By providing your feedback, you can assist them in refining their procedures and potentially resolving this inconvenience for future transactions.

For now, you can bring in bank transactions by manually importing them into the system to help maintain the integrity of your financial records.

After ensuring that everything is in order, I suggest referring to the following articles for assistance in accurately categorizing your transactions and seamlessly reconciling your account:

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have other banking concerns, you can add them below. I'll be sure to answer them.
