When I split a bank deposit amount into various customer names in the bank deposit function, the names of the customers are not reflected in the TB, why?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @ray-tigol. That's a good question. 

 

While the trial balance report displays the current state of the general ledger's debits and credits, there is a way for us to show a split of a bank deposit amount among various customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by running a Transaction Detail by Account or Transaction List with splits report. Let me guide you on how. 

 

  1. In your QBO Company, go to the Business Overview tab.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. In the search bar, type "Transactions Detail by Account" or "Transaction List with Splits."
  4. Select the report.
