WHERE DO I FIND 2020 W-2

I'll lay down the details to help you find your 2020 W-2 form copy. 

You can find a copy of the W-2 forms by going to the Annual Forms section. Here's how to do it: 

1. Go to the Taxes page, then click the Payroll Tax tab.
2. Click Filings.
3. Click the Archived forms and filings link.
4. Select Annual Tax Forms for the first drop-down menu.
5. For the second drop-down menu, select W-2, Copies B, C & 2. 
6. View the 2020 W-2 copies and print them if needed. 

However if you don't see the copies, they might not have been archived when you filed them. In this case, I'd recommend contacting our support so they can check our filing system and get the W-2 copies for you.

Here's how to reach them: 

1. Click the Help menu.
2. On the chat box, select Talk to a human option.
3. When prompted, type something like "Retrieve 2020 W-2 forms."
4. Select I still need a human.
5. Click Get help from a human, then choose how you want to reach us.
