Having visibility of all your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is crucial as it significantly enhances your ability to monitor and manage your business cash flow effectively. Not to worry, I'm here to help you locate them in the system, dynamicdance.
Before anything else, can you share what financial institution you have? This will help us check if there's an ongoing issue on your bank's end.
Since your bank already uploaded your transactions, please know that these transactions will be downloaded according to the dates specified in the file. To ensure you are reviewing your transactions in an orderly manner, from the oldest to the most recent, I recommend sorting them by date and checking out on the For Review and Categorized tab.
1. Go to the Transactions menu and then select Bank Transactions.
2. Choose the bank account.
3. Click the All dates drop-down arrow to sort the date.

4. Hit Apply.
In addition, make sure the Page Size is set to 300. This way, you'll be able to view them all. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon on the For review page. Then, scroll down to the bottom to make some changes. For visual reference, I've added a screenshot below.

Moreover, you can check out this article for future reference in reconciling accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of your financial records is our utmost priority. If you have any additional questions about managing transactions or any other aspect of your finances, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to provide the answers and support you need.
