Where have the recurring transaction reminders gone?

Good morning, @whyknotunwind

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community.

I recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps for this one. Such as clearing the cache from your web browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like your recurring transactions not showing on your dashboard. I've included the links for supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.

After clearing the cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.

Let me know if you continue to have issues viewing your reminders. I'm only a reply away should you have any additional questions or concerns. Take care!

Where have the recurring transaction reminders gone?

This did not help.  My understanding is that they are working on the problem.  I have not received an update.

Where have the recurring transaction reminders gone?

Thanks for getting back to us, whyknotunwind.

Let me help you get back the recurring transaction reminders in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Your recurring transaction might've ended or it has a different reminder interval. This is one of a couple of reasons why you aren't seeing reminders on your Dashboard. So, let's review your recurring template and make some changes if needed

  1. Click on the Gear icon, and choose Recurring Transactions.
  2. Look for the transaction.
  3. Hit on Edit.
  4. Check the End Date or Interval if it has already ended. Make necessary changes if you wish to continue the reminders.
  5. Tap on Save Template.

Moreover, you can get a list of all your recurring transactions and the accounts they're linked to in QuickBooks. Here's how to review your recurring transactions in QBO

Additionally, I've attached this article that you can read for future reference: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This link can walk you through the steps on how to add information to your invoice.

Please let me know if you need further assistance in handling reminders in QuickBooks. I'll be here to help with the process. Have a good one.
