Hi there, Chris. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the time it takes for a deposit to hit your bank account depends on your specific deposit speed and how long you've been using the service.
If you are a new user, the initial set of payments generally arrives within five business days as part of a standard security review.
To verify your expected timeline, here’s how:
- Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Payments tab.
- Review the Deposit Speed section.
Since your payment shows as Batched, it is currently being processed. You can see exactly which bank deposit it’s attached to here:
- Go to the All apps menu and select the Sales & Get Paid section.
- Click the QuickBooks payouts tab.
- Select the bank deposit you want to review.
