In this case, AutoQuotes is a third-party app, meaning I wouldn't be able to see if this is compatible with QuickBooks. So you'd need to call them to see which version of QuickBooks they can integrate into without any issues. Once you know what version of QuickBooks is required, we can then set up the Web Connector to use this program. To install this application, follow the simple steps that I have listed below:
- Download the installer for QuickBooks Web Connector.
- Unzip the downloaded and installer and execute the .exe file.
- Complete the instructions to finish the installation. (Note: If additional window components are required, this will install them as well.)
Note: Please be sure that you have the .qwc file from AuotQuotes before installing the Web Connector.
If the Connector is already available then you need to add another application, check out the steps below:
- Open up the WebConnector and select Add Application.
- Select Browse to the third party application (.qwc file). (Remeber AutoQuotes provide this file).
- Once you find the file, hit Open.
