Hello, So I have only been in business since 1986 and have used Quicken and QB for more than 20 years! BUt last month while reconciling, about 6 transactions that had not cleared the previous month. Were processed in the next month and do not show up on the reconciling screen. I check the dates and they are correct. I thought OK lets call support. The tech made me sign up for support and pay $ then proceeded to tell me to show him what I was talking about on my screen. I would have had to start reconciling all over to show him. Now I go to reconcile this month and the same thing 8-15 transaction on my bak statement in the date range of reconciliation, and the only way to check them off is to go back to the check register! SO this is not a know issue, and I had to pay him to tell me what QB problem was????? Hello? Anyone have this issue? QB SUPPORT??????
