I am still they still won't give me my phone number request even so I answer the questions and send them in writing in case numbers every day now for 6 weeks I think they just want you to deposit your money on their account and they just keep it and you know that our comments have to be approved to be posted in the community forum because my last comment I just didn't get approved so I'm assuming now my account before I just get closed but tell me you're going to keep the money anyway and when I was thinking too is that a lot of these things that you guys say that we can join you to learn about paying bills instead it would be great I would love to do them problem is that I can't use any of my money so why learn all that information when you can't touch your own money anyway because QuickBooks has it because I didn't hold my ID up correctly to the light for the 9th time you've had my ID nine times and you still say you can't read it but yet confirmed my name and address and date of birth of it this morning in writing
