Why are BOA Business account transactions from last year not showing up?

I'll assist you in updating your bank transactions. edwinquintero1212.

 

There are several reasons why you're transactions are not updated. I've listed them below:
 
  • There is a minor or major update in your bank information, such as your bank account number.
  • Update your bank’s website. If you can't find your FI, you can request support from your bank and request it be added.
  • Update your Online Banking Login credentials.
  • Bank outage and other scheduled maintenance.

 

To resolve this, let's update your account. This way, you can have the latest available transactions. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Click the Refresh all radio button a couple of times to update your bank accounts. 1.PNG

 

Aside from updating your bank account, you can also manually add the transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Once data are added, you can now categorize the downloaded bank data.
