There are several reasons why you're transactions are not updated. I've listed them below:
- There is a minor or major update in your bank information, such as your bank account number.
- Update your bank’s website. If you can't find your FI, you can request support from your bank and request it be added.
- Update your Online Banking Login credentials.
- Bank outage and other scheduled maintenance.
To resolve this, let's update your account. This way, you can have the latest available transactions. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Bank accounts.
- Click the Refresh all radio button a couple of times to update your bank accounts.
Aside from updating your bank account, you can also manually add the transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Once data are added, you can now categorize the downloaded bank data.
