It's nice to have you here in the Community, @sunriseantiques.
Let me provide information for you to see your TD Bank check images in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To begin with, please try to manually update your bank on the Bank transactions page to carry over the check image attachments. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
- Select Update.
- If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.
You can keep working in QuickBooks while the accounts update. It can take a few minutes.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users and provide progress notifications via email since we've also received similar cases and reports regarding the inability to see the TD Bank check images.
Here's how you can reach them:
- Go to Help.
- Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
- Type in your issue or concern in the field.
- Hit Continue.
- Click the Chat or Callback option.
