Why are my transaction history missing although the card is linked correctly. I am missing From end July to Mid October. That's a lot of expenses to account for! Help!

All the transactions from my card made it to the transactions to be reviewed but I am missing 3 months of transaction history.

QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) relies on the data provided by your financial institution, which means that missing transactions can occur due to delays or interruptions in the bank connection. Additionally, your bank could be undergoing maintenance. To verify this, I suggest visiting your bank's website for the latest updates.

 

If everything is good in your bank, I recommend checking the filter settings on your Transactions page. Ensure you have the filter to display All Type, All Account, and All Date, as this is crucial for transparency and will help you see all transactions linked to your card. Next, let's refresh the bank connection in your QBSE. You can do this by clicking the Refresh All button in the Bank Accounts section. This action will help retrieve any missing entries from your account.

  3. Hit on the Refresh All tab in the upper right.
